Product Instructions is a new feature that helps you to upload instructions for your products.

Uploading instructions is a crucial step to reduce the quantity of refunds because it'll help customers better understand what the product is about.

How to add a Product Instruction?

1. Go to the “Documents” page.
2. Click on “Add Document” ⟶ “Product Instruction”.
3. Fill in the name.
4. Indicate a product type. It's necessary so that we understand which category a product belongs to.
5. Choose an instruction language. You can add one file containing texts in different languages or upload several files in different languages.
6. Upload your file and click “Save”.

After uploading the document, we will check the file, product type and languages. 

Once your document is approved, you will have to link your instruction to the corresponding product.
