How to fulfill an Order Online?
You can fulfill your orders offline and online. Online orders are shipped through Joom Logistics, all the other orders are shipped offline.

There are 3 ways to fulfill an order online:
- via Merchant Panel;
- via CSV file;
- via Joom API.
How to fulfill an order via Merchant Panel?
- Go to the Orders page.
- Choose an order you want to ship via JL.
- Click on the Request Online Shipping button.
4. Choose Joom Logistics as a Shipping Carrier.
5. Select the shipping warehouse under the "First mile” option.
6. Click on Fulfill.
7. Download and print the labels. Refer to this part to learn more on how to do it.
How to fulfill an order for online shipping via CSV?
- Open the Orders page in your Joom account.
- Click on the Manage Orders button ⟶ Export Unfulfilled Orders. You can find the file on the Downloads page in the My Files section. Please refer to the article My Files to learn more.
3. Open the file and indicate the Order ID of the orders you want to ship online.
4. Enter 1 in the column Ship Online for all the orders to be fulfilled online.
5. Enter the shipping provider. If needed, you can also identify the Pickup Address ID to request the package collection service, or the column Shipment Group can be filled, if you wish to consolidate orders.
6. Save the CSV file and upload it to the Joom's system: go to the Orders page, click on the Manage Orders button and choose Upload CSV File of Fulfilled Orders.
How to fulfill an order for offline shipping via CSV?
- Open the Orders page in your Joom account.
- Click on the Manage Orders button ⟶ Export Unfulfilled Orders. You can find the file on the Downloads page in the My Files section. Please refer to the article My Files to learn more.
3. Open the file and indicate the Order ID of the orders you want to ship offline.
4. Provide the tracking number and shipping provider for the orders.
5. Save the CSV file and upload it to the Joom's system: go to the Orders page, click on the Manage Orders button and pick Upload CSV File of Fulfilled Orders.
How to download and print shipping labels?
- You will receive a Tracking Number and a label.
- Click on the Download PDF label button on the shipping order page ⟶ print it and stick it on each package.
- Return to the Orders page ⟶ Manage Orders ⟶ Request Bag Label.
- Choose the Total weight, Parcels number, and delivery method.
- Click on the Request a Label button ⟶ print it and stick only on consolidated packages.
- Print and paste the code JOOM-G2G-00006 on your packaging for faster processing at the deposit.

- Use the API v3 documentation to ship your orders;

How to arrange your orders’ pick-up?
Please note that our pick-up service is under development.
- If you have a Royal Mail pickup, you can deliver your JL packages to the Royal Mail courier.
- If you don’t have a Royal Mail pickup, you should bring your packages to the nearest post office.
The maximum allowable dimensions and weight of an order sent via JL:
- Dimensions: 80x50x35cm,
- Weight: 5 kg.
