🛍️ Fashion Guide for Merchants
The more detailed information you provide in your product description, the more pleasant the working experience your customers get.
General rules for all Fashion categories
- State only the real product price, not the accelerated ones. It will improve the trust of your customers.
- While naming the product make sure that a customer can easily find it on Joom. The words like “sexy”, “trendy”, “fashion”, “luxury” etc. are unnecessary and will make the search more difficult. You can add them as tags on the product card.
- State all of the product's advantages in the name. E.g., if you are selling a cotton dress with a V-neck and floral print you can name it: "Cotton Dress Floral Print V-neck”. Check out this article to learn more.
- Upload the real photos of the products. It is prohibited to use images that infringe any copyrights, photos from the customers' or influencers' reviews, or taken from some other third-party sources without the owner's consent.
- Images mustn't contain any signs or symbols promoting drugs, violence, or any politically sensitive information. Check out this article to learn more.
- Add a detailed and truthful product description of your product. This will help to avoid any negative reviews.
- Don't replace the products in the product card, e.g., replacing boots with a bra. Such cards will get blocked. For each kind of new product, you have to create a new card.
▶ Clothing & Accessories
It is necessary to specify the exact composition of the fabric: cotton 70%, polyester 30% or cotton, polyester, where the first material will be the one that is most in the composition.
You cannot just write “cotton blend” or “wool blend”, as it's not clear what the composition is and whether the cotton predominates.
▶ Outerwear
The seasonality of the assortment is very important. We recommend specifying the temperature range for which the product is intended to be worn as well as additional information about materials and insulation.

Bijouterie includes jewelry made of alloys (copper, tin, surgical steel, etc.), plastics, etc. Inlaid with glass, artificial pearls, or enamel.
Please provide the correct hashtags. This will help the user to find the product he’s looking for. E.g., “large earrings”, “miniature earrings”, “earrings with large stones”, etc.
We recommend uploading something that should go as a set of one product without creating a separate card for each product. Thus, you can offer both in one card – a set of products or each product separately. Use the paragraph “Options” to do this.

We don’t require certificates for semi-precious stones such as zircon. But if you indicate that the stone is precious in the description, e.g., sapphire, then you are required to provide a certificate of authenticity. Otherwise, we will be forced to block the product until the description is changed or a certificate is provided.
To avoid blocking the products, please provide an accurate description of the products you sell.
Metals we require certificates for: Gold, Rhodium Plated Gold, Silver, Gold Plated Sterling Silver, Vermeil, Platinum, Palladium.
Stones we require certificates for: Diamond, Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Alexandrite, Natural Pearl (including River Pearl).
If you sell jewelry, please upload a photo of the certificate to the product card so that the user will be sure that he’s buying. If it’s possible, please attach copies of the certificate to all the orders as well.

All dimensions for suitcases are external. Correct measurements of the suitcase are made at all protruding outer points, including wheels and small carrying handles, the retractable telescopic handle must be in the retracted state. The volume is also calculated based on the external dimensions.
