Analytics tab
The Analytics section is a page in your Joom account with the collected data evaluating how many orders you get and how well your products are being sold.
The Analytics section consists of 4 pages:

Sales and Traffic
On this page, you can see the total number of orders and traffic for a given period of time. You can filter the data by store, categories and set a date range.
You can click on each of your stores under the graphics and get the new detailed data for all your products.

You can click on each of your stores on the Sales & Traffics page and filter the data by the Product ID individually
+ New Feature:
You can simply click on the “Analytics” button that appeared on your product card: you immediately get redirected to the analytics dashboard for this particular product.
On the Sales and Traffic page you can see two more tabs: Contexts and Countries dashboards.
Contexts
Here you'll find the Purchases, Impressions, Opens, GMV metrics broken down by context information.
The graphics will show you where the context information should be improved (e.g., whether you should provide images for the Best page, or add more keywords to improve your Search results, etc.).
Use filters to find specific information about your store or product category.

Unspecified | The context was not specified, the activity either came from the direct link or a purchase was made long after the initial product viewing |
Countries
Here you'll find the geographic information about your customers: the countries where your product has the most impressions or sales, etc. It'll help you to better identify your target audience.
Use filters to find specific information about your store or product category.
Product Ranking
Here you can find all the information on what the best-selling products were for a certain period of time or which of your products have the highest CTR. You can sort your products using filters and choose a date range.
If you want to see more metrics, click the last button in the metrics list () and choose specific metrics in the drop-down list. If you don't know what a metric means, hover the mouse cursor over the metric and you will see a tooltip explaining the metric's meaning.

Promo Analytics
- Discount Ratio — shows you the ratio of Discounted Sum to total POGS within the last 28 days. Pay close attention to this graphics and don’t let it enter the red zone.
- Discounted Sum Proportions — shows you the sum of money provided as a discount within the LTO, Special Promo, or Smart Discounts mechanics. Discounted Sum Proportions updates daily.
Refund Rate
Refund Rate page consists of two tabs: Refund General and Quality Refund.
On the Refund General page, you can study 2 charts: your refund statistics by the main reasons (offline non-delivery, online non-delivery, quality, and other) and your refund statistics by the price ranges.
You can use filters on top of the page to get more detailed data and see the statistics in either number of orders or GMV. Below the graphics, there is a list of your stores where you can download the full report.
Please note:The date you see on the graphics is the date of the initial order approval, not the order shipping date. |
On the Quality Refunds page, you can see more detailed graphics on the refunds made due to quality-related reasons. You can also use filters to find specific data, download the full report, and analyze quality refunds made in each of your stores. This statistics can also be shown either in the number of orders or GMV.
