Order Canceled by Joom Due to Customer Fraud
Here we will consider a case when an order was canceled by Joom before it has been sent.
Joom can cancel orders with "approved" status if fraud is detected after payment.
Our recommendations:
① Check the order's status in your Merchant Panel before sending the products.
② Ensure that the order has not been canceled.
③ Fill in the shipping information about your order in the Merchant Panel immediately after sending the products, or do it simultaneously with sending if it's possible.
④ Please don’t delay in providing shipping information about your order to avoid canceling an order that has already been sent. Otherwise, it can be considered fraud, and the order will be returned at your expense.
