Customer Didn’t Like an Order
Here, we will consider a case when a customer received an order, but for some reason he decided to return it to the merchant. E.g., the customer didn’t like the product, the color didn’t fit, etc.
If everything is fine with a product, and the customer has made a refund request within 14 days, then:
① Joom gives a merchant’s address to the customer.
② Customer sends this product back to the merchant at his expense.
