Order Delivered to the Wrong Address (Offline Shipping)
Here, we will consider an offline shipping case when an order has been delivered to the wrong address.
What does Joom do?
Joom is trying to figure out why it happened. There may be 2 options:
① If a customer indicated a wrong address, Joom will redirect him to the logistics provider. Joom can also ask a merchant to help, If the order is still on the way.
② If a mistake is made by a logistics provider, Joom will make a refund at the merchant's expense. Merchants can apply for compensation to the logistics provider.
