What Is My Profile?
Each user account has a personal page – My Profile. In "My Profile", a user can check and edit their personal data, as well as change their password.
Please note:If you have Multi-User Accounts created within several merchant accounts at once, you will be able to log into them under one login and one password. However, you will need to choose the exact merchant account you want to log into. |
If your Joom account has been created for a long time, you should first activate the Multi-User accounts feature and create user accounts. Please refer to our article for more guidance.

How to Edit My User Information?
- Go to User Settings ⟶ "My Profile".
- Press "Edit" button on the right upper corner.
Here you can edit:
- Your full name.
- Your phone number.
- Messenger type and messenger ID.
You cannot:
- Edit your email. In this case, your Account Owner or Admin User should create a new user account instead.
- Change your role. Only Account Owner or Admin User can change user's roles.
- Click on "Save" – the system will implement the changes automatically, no further activation needed.
How to Change My Password?
- Go to User Settings ⟶ "My Profile".
2. Press the "Change Password" button on the right upper corner.
3. Enter your old password and new password.
4. Click on "Save" – the system will implement the changes automatically, no further activation required.
