Customer Asks to Cancel an Order
Here, we will consider a case when a customer requests to cancel an order after it has been band approved.
What does Joom do?
① Joom contacts the merchant and informs him that a customer wants to cancel an order.
② Joom waits for a response within 2 working days. Depending on the response, one of the following scenarios will occur:

If the merchant accepts the cancellation within 2 working days, Joom will cancel the order.
- There is no response from the merchant within 2 working days, Joom will review the customer's purchase history, the merchant's history, the product price, and make a decision on its own.

If the merchant confirms within 2 working days that the order has already been shipped, Joom will ask the merchant to provide a tracking number to prove the shipping. In this case, the order will be canceled, but the customer will have to wait until it is returned to the merchant.
