• You can specify unique characteristics on the main image, such as color or size. However, the product on the main image should remain visible, and there should be no unnecessary information included.

• Both main image and product description should indicate the contents of the product packaging. The customer should clearly understand what they are buying. For example, if the lamp has no remote control included, the main image should not depict a remote control. Otherwise, the customer may receive a 100% refund in this case because the information provided is incorrect.
• If only one product is in the set, then the main image should show exactly one product.

• If the product has several modes, it can be indicated on the main image, but make sure it looks neat.

• For the Light Bulbs category, the type of cap can also be specified on the main image.

• For the Holiday Lighting category, the exact number of light bulbs in the garland can also be indicated on the product’s main image.

Additional Images

• Add the additional images showing how the product looks in the interior or how it looks when it’s on.

• Product size should be understandable from the product images. So, the customer should understand how approximately the chandelier will look in the interior.

• For products that need to be installed on the ceiling or the wall, we recommend adding fastening photos as additional images, so the customer understands how the product will be attached.

Product Description

• Indicate the power and voltage in the description.
• If the product is powered by electricity, the description should specify the plug type.
  
• For the Light Bulbs category, specify the type of cap in the description.
• For the Holiday Lighting category, specify the exact number of light bulbs in the garland. Also, the description must indicate how the color or mode of operation is switched (if there is such a feature).
• If you sell chandeliers and lamps, specify in the description which bulbs are compatible with them (cap type, voltage, and power).
• If you are selling LED products, mention it in the product name and description.

Product Variants

• For the Holiday Lighting category, the number of light bulbs can be specified under the Size field of the product variants (for example, 2 m x 100 light bulbs).

Main Image

• On the main product image, it is necessary either to show the product on a white background or the product in the interior.

• You can indicate only the real quantity of the product on the main image. If the product is sold in several pieces in a set, you can indicate it on the main image. If it’s sold in 1 piece, the main product image must show exactly one product.

• If the mop or bucket has a spinning function, this information can be placed on the main product image.

Additional Images

• You can specify the dimensions of the product on the additional images.

• Product images should allow the customer to estimate its actual size.

Product Variants

• If there are few product options, specify the size of 2-3 sides of the product in the Size field. Specify the size of the sides through the symbol "X" between the numbers.

• The main image should show the quantity of a product set the customer will receive. It shouldn’t mislead about the packaging and quantity of products.

Product Description

• Indicate the rules of the product care in the description. For example, if the plate can be washed in the dishwasher, or how to take care of the kitchen faucet.
• If the product requires special installation, indicate in the description what is needed to install it.
• Indicate the product’s functionality in the description, so it’s easy to understand exactly how it should and shouldn’t be used.
• Product description must indicate the material of the product. If the product consists of several parts, then it is necessary to indicate the material of each part. If the product is made of numerous materials, the description should contain information about each material.
• Product description should indicate the product’s dimensions and volumes.
• For products that are connected to the network, specify the type of the plug of the device.

- Plug type: EU

• For battery-operated products, specify if the batteries are included. If not, indicate which type of battery is compatible with the product in the description.
• Specifying the power and voltage in the description is necessary for all electrical appliances.
• For kitchenware, specify the temperature setting in the product description. Unfortunately, some customers are unaware of the required temperature setting and use the product incorrectly, leading to breakages and negative reviews.
• If you'd like, you can also specify the style of your product in the description. For example, minimalism.

Product Name

• For the products from the Smart Home category, the word “Smart” must be written in the product name.

Product Description

• For this category, the product description must be as detailed as possible because customers pay special attention to the descriptions of household appliances. For example, the description should contain information about the type of outlet, cord length, technical characteristics of the product, service life, product packaging, and some other information.
• It is important to specify the capacity and voltage values correctly. If they are incorrect, the product can receive negative reviews, which may result in product suspension. Please specify the battery capacity only in Ah (not Vf). 

Examples:

- Battery voltage: 12V / 18V

- Battery capacity: 10 Ah

• Indicate in which languages the product instructions are so that customers are prepared in advance that there may not be instructions in their language. They often leave negative reviews for this reason.
• Indicate the material of the product. If the product consists of several parts, then it is necessary to have materials of all components.
• If the product is used with batteries or accumulators, indicate whether they are included or not. If not, specify which type of battery or accumulator is compatible with the product, so the customer can buy them in advance. 
• If the product needs to be connected to electricity, indicate the product’s dimensions, volume, and weight, as well as the length of the cord.
• If the product can work without being connected to electricity, indicate the possible time of autonomous operation.
• If the product can be washed in the dishwasher, specify it in the description.
• If you sell household appliance accessories, you need to list compatible items so that customers can understand which devices the accessory will fit.
• For products in the Scales category, specify the minimum and maximum measured weight.

Home Textile

PLEASE NOTE:  EU law requires merchants to include the following information in the product card: Percentage of the product materials (Example: Material: Cotton 90%, Polyester 10%), Laundry and care recommendations (Key: Washing). The same information must be contained on the label sewn into the product. Information on the label must be provided in the languages of the countries where your sales are open. For example, if your sales are open to Poland and Germany, the information on the label must be reflected in Polish and German.

Main Image

• If the product is sold in several color options, place them in circles on the right side of the main product image (please note that you need to make a small indent from the right edge of the photo).

• It is forbidden to indicate information about the size of the product on the main image of the product. It should be indicated in the Size field in the product variants.
• If you sell bed linen, the main image should show the exact products that customers will receive. For example, if a customer buys a sheet, the main image should show only a sheet, not a full set of linen.

Additional Images

• If the product is presented in several color options, you need to upload real photos of the products. Don’t change the color in Photoshop. Customers must understand exactly what color the real product will be.

Product Name

• The product’s name must indicate exactly the material from which the product is made. For example, if the bed linen is made of polyester, it is forbidden to use “cotton” or other similar words in the name.
• Indicate the quantity of the product in the product name. For example, if selling one curtain or one towel, you must indicate “1 pc” in the name.
• For products from the Electric blanket category, it is necessary to indicate in the name that the blanket is powered by electricity.

Product Description

• You can specify the type of print in the description (for example, animalistic).
• We recommend indicating instructions for the care of products in the description. For example, the temperature mode of washing.
• If you are selling a bedding set, you must include the measurements for each item in the set (for example, size of the pillowcases, duvet cover, and sheets) in the product description. Please note that it will be more convenient for the customer to read if each size is indicated in a separate paragraph.

Product Description

• Indicate the material of the product in the description.
• Indicate the size of the product in the description.
• If the product is powered by batteries, be sure to indicate in the description whether batteries are included. If not, then you must specify the batteries compatible with the device.
• If you sell hourglasses, specify the exact time they measure in the description. Many customers rely on this information when choosing hourglasses.
• If you are selling the wall clocks, indicate in the description how they are attached to the wall and whether the necessary components are included with the product.
• For the Wall Stickers category, you must indicate in the product description whether the stickers are reusable or disposable.
• For the Pictures & Posters category, it is necessary to specify in the description whether the subframe is in the set or the customer will receive only the canvas.
• For the Frames category, it is necessary to indicate the length and width of the frame in the product description and the variant images. So, for each product variant in this category, two values must be indicated.
