How to use filters on the Orders tab?

You can find all the necessary information in your Merchant Panel on the Orders page.

How to find the right order?

Use these filters to find the right order:

Order ID – 8 symbols in capital letters;
Product ID – 24 symbols in small letters;
Product SKU;
Status – choose from the list;
Approved at – choose the range of dates;
Or you can add new filters in the right top corner.

How to download the orders?

You can download order information as a CSV file:

Apply all necessary filters.
Export orders in CSV format.
