Attempt to Divert a Customer to Another Platform
Any attempt to lead a customer away from the Joom platform is strictly prohibited. In particular, advertising, posting email addresses, links, URLs to the third-party services in the product description, name, or image is prohibited.
Account Duplication
Only one merchant account can be registered per company. Using duplicated accounts may lead to the blocking of all accounts.
Inappropriate Store Name
The name of your store should not mislead customers or violate intellectual property rights. Please refer to this article to learn more.
Providing Invalid Information About a Product
Information about a product, including its characteristics, must correspond to the product that will be delivered to the final customer.
Overpriced Products
It's forbidden to set up too high price for the products. Moreover, if it is much cheaper on your official website.
Product Duplication
We don’t allow duplicate products to be uploaded, even to different stores under a single account. Products should differ significantly from one another in image, name, description, price, etc.
Brushing
Joom strictly prohibits to leave false positive reviews for their own products to improve their ratings.
Theft of Images
Joom prohibits the use of other people's images and its editing. Such actions will be classified as a copyright infringement.
Stock is not Replenished on Time
It's important to monitor the products' stock to avoid the cancellations. If you have frequent orders' cancellations, your account might be blocked.
Fulfilling of Order without a Tracking Number
It's forbidden to fulfill orders without their tracking numbers.
Fake Tracking Number
It's forbidden to create a fake tracking number and to attempt to send orders under such a number.
Inappropriate Communication with Customers
Joom customer service department independently communicates with customers. We don't allow merchants to contact customers directly, to provide any additional services or ask customers to change the product rate.
Zero Activity on the Platform
If you don't have any activity on the platform, and you don't answer our messages neither by mail, nor by phone, your account might get blocked.
