Why my Product was Rejected?
Your products could be rejected during the moderation process.
To find out the reason of rejection, open the product sheet. The reason will be indicated under the rejection status.
Here you can find the rejection reasons and its signification:

Duplicate |
You have already uploaded the same product into one of your account's stores. Joom does not allow merchants to upload duplicated products into the platform, even into different stores within one account. |
Problems with Product Image |
Joom pays attention to the quality of the content that reveals to the customers. Please check if your product meets the requirements here: Product Attributes. |
Problems with Product Name |
Your customer should clearly understand what is the product about by its name. Please make sure your product meets all the requirements. |
Problems with Product Description |
Description should provide the main information about a product to your customer. Please make sure your product meets all the requirements. |
Problems with Size Table |
Some products are required to have some size information in the description. If you did not provide such information, or it was not correct or full enough, your product might be rejected. |
Problems with Variations |
If you have problems with product variations you may find customers being unable to buy your product at all. So, please, be careful about this and make sure you meet Product Variation Requirements. |
Intellectual Rights or Copyrights Violation |
Joom respects the intellectual property rights and strictly prohibit to sale counterfeit products on Joom. Make sure your products meet the requirements. |
Products and Content Prohibited on Joom |
Selling some products as well as publication of some content are considered illegal in different countries or require a special permission. Please examine the article about Restricted Products and Content. |
Bad quality products |
Joom wants that our customers will be happy about their purchases and never feel disappointed. So, we decided not to show bad quality products or products with rating lower than 3.3 to customers. |
Other reason |
There are some General requirements all products should meet. If the rejection reason is not indicated above a moderator can point out another reason. |
