The Influencer Program is a tool for promoting your products on the Joom platform. Through this program, Joom bloggers create reviews that serve as promotions and reach millions of users on our social network. When your products receive high-quality reviews, their chances of being purchased increase significantly. 

Based on the data received from our merchants, we have concluded that utilizing the Influencer Program has a positive impact on the product's purchase rate.

How does the Influencer Program work?

 The Influencer Program offers two modes: Manual and Automatic.

Manual

1. Create a request to review your product.
2. Choose a blogger from the respondents to your request.
3. Send the product to the selected blogger. This process is similar to a regular order, except there is no charge this time.
4. The blogger will publish the product review within 20 days of receiving the product.

Automatic

A blogger is a verified Joom author with a high number of subscribers and posts. The bloggers we select are among the most popular on our platform and have been granted open access to the Influencer Program. These bloggers are chosen by the Joom platform based on their widespread appeal and their ability to reach large audiences, resulting in increased sales.

How to choose a blogger?

When selecting a blogger to promote your product, consider the following:

• The number of subscribers or followers doesn't always guarantee higher sales volume.
• The most effective method to choose a blogger is by reviewing their personal information and blog posts on the Joom app.

What is a review?

A review is a comprehensive qualitative opinion about a product. It usually includes high-quality photos, videos, and descriptive text about the product. Users can view bloggers' reviews on the product page of the Joom app.

How to make a request?

1. Go to the Merchant Panel → Marketing → Influencer Program.
2. Click "Create Application".

3. Enter the application name and the product ID you want to promote.
4. Choose the mode of blogger selection (automatic/manual).

5. Click “Save".

How to ship a blogger's order?

We highly recommend sending products that can be tracked. Without tracking codes, we are unable to determine the delivery date and set the deadline for the blogger to complete the review.

If there is a suitable online shipping channel, you can request online shipping for such orders. The best part is that, according to the online shipping policy, shipping orders to bloggers via Joom Logistics is free for you.

If you are unable to ship the order online, please ship it offline. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Which product should be reviewed?

In general, you can choose any product for review. However, we recommend selecting products with few or no reviews. This helps them gain popularity and attention, similar to what quality products receive.

Please note that products in the "Adults" and "Feminine Hygiene" categories aren’t available for review requests.

How to pay for a review?

You only need to deliver the product to the blogger free of charge. The Influencer Program doesn't require any payment at this point. As the platform evolves, you may have the option to offer payment to bloggers for reviewing your products.

How to contact the bloggers?

Direct communication with Joom bloggers is strictly prohibited by the platform. Currently, there is no way to contact bloggers directly, as they are users of our app. However, you can always reach out to our Merchant Support Team if you have any questions regarding working with bloggers.
