Here you can find the information about how to set up your merchant's account.
➀ Open the Settings page.
➁ Fill in the Contact information.
Please provide only valid contact information and email addresses in order that you will not miss our notifications.

➂ Provide the Return Address.
It should be valid because this address will be used to send refunded products back to you.

➃ Fill in the Payment method.
You can choose Payoneer or Bank as a payment method.

Payoneer
|
- Type of business entity — choose Sole Proprietorship. Only this type of account can be linked to the merchant's account on Joom.
- The information specified in the Payoneer account must completely match the information specified in the Joom account.

Bank
|
- Bank and merchant's account should maintain EUR currency in order to be able to receive the payments (EUR currency or multi-currency account).
- If you have a multi-currency account, then EUR will be converted into the main currency of the account.

Account number
|
- IBAN format. An IBAN, or international bank account number, is a standard international numbering system developed to identify an overseas bank account.
- An IBAN number is an alphanumeric number containing information that identifies a bank, country, and account number.
- The number starts with a two-digit country code, then two numbers, followed by up to thirty-five alphanumeric characters.

VAT number
|
- VAT number is the unique number that identifies a taxable person (business) or non-taxable legal entity that is registered for VAT.
- Every VAT identification number must begin with the code of the country concerned and followed by a block of digits or characters.

SWIFT
|
- A SWIFT number is an alphanumeric number containing information that identifies a bank and branch. It can be eight or 11 characters long, depending on which bank office it refers to.
- 11 characters (if only 8 characters provided, then add XXX at the end).
