Set Up Your Account
Please follow this instruction to set up your account on Joom:
Step 1. Fill in the "General Settings" page
- Select a Language.
- Indicate your Public and Primary Contact information. Please provide only valid contact information and email addresses so that you won’t miss our important notifications.
- Provide your Return Address. It should be valid because this address will be used to send refunded products back to you.
- Add links to your stores on Other Platforms and click Save.
Step 2. Complete your KYC Profile
KYC (Know Your Customer) Profile — is a page in your Joom account displaying your up-to-date company info, including the Information about the company itself, the company director or legal representative, and the company UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner).

Step 3. Set up your Payout Settings
Please ensure that your payout settings belong to the legal entity indicated in your KYC profile. Otherwise, you might have problems receiving your payouts.

Step 4. Choose the countries & regions
Specify only those countries and regions where you want to sell, excluding irrelevant ones.

Step 5. Activate your account
Activate your account by clicking on the “Activate Account” button to complete the registration and start selling on Joom.
