When managing your products and orders in bulk, you may need to download or upload files to the platform. Once you downloaded or uploaded a file, it appears in the special section in the top-right corner in the Merchant Panel.
Files are accessible for a limited period of 7 days. Beyond this timeframe, files are excluded from the downloads or uploads lists.
On the Uploads, you can find files recently uploaded to the platform.
You can upload a file on the page of related operation you need to perform. For example, to upload new products, you should upload a file on the "Create/Change Products via Files" page. Drag and drop or click the relevant field to upload your file.
Once you click Upload, your file will appear on Uploads. On the page, you can check the file's status and download it in different formats.
If your file wasn’t uploaded completely, you will see a list of errors. Check the errors, fix them and upload your file again.
On the Downloads, you can find files recently downloaded from the platform. You mainly use them while exporting products or orders.
We recommend you to name the file before downloading so that it will be easier to find it in the list. You can also send the file to your email.
Once you click Export, your file will appear on Downloads. On the page, you can check the file's status and download it in different formats.
If your file has the Processing status, it means that it might be too large, and it takes some time to complete the operation.
