My Files
My Files is a section in your Merchant Panel for storing your Downloads and Uploads.
The results of your Downloads and Uploads appear in this folder when you:
- Upload a CSV file with products,
- Download your products,
- Download your orders.
Please note:All files are available for 7 days only. After the 7-day-mark all links expire and your files disappear from the downloads/uploads list. |
My Files is located at the top of your merchant panel, next to the language-change menu.
Downloads / Uploads:
You can download the uploaded file on the same page.
Downloads / Uploads:
Once you start downloading/uploading a file, a clickable link to the results will appear at the top of the page.

Downloads:
- Name your file before downloading, so that it will be easier to find it in the list. If you don’t name it, platform names the file automatically.
- You can also send your Downloads results to your Email.
Uploads:
- You don’t need to name your File before uploading, we'll duplicate the original file-name.
- You cannot send Uploads to your Email.
Downloads:
If you have the Processing status, it means that your file might be too large and it takes some time to complete the operation.

Downloads:
If you applied any Filters to sort your files, all the filters will be listed on the results page.

Uploads:
If your file wasn’t uploaded completely, you will see a list of errors. Check the errors, fix them and upload your file again.
