Product Variant Attributes

Product Attribute is a parameter and your product's feature that we use on Joom to represent your products in their product cards. 

Product attributes can be divided into 2 groups:

Please note:

  • While filling in the fields, remove the words "Required" or "Recommended", and write the required attributes instead of them. Don't fill in the values below these words, you need to fill in instead of them.
  • Don't create your own CSV or Excel files. Use our templates only.
  • Don't change the fields and their names in the templates.
  • Don't delete, replace or relocate the columns and fields in the templates. 

 

Product Variants' Attributes

Name

Description

Status

SKU

Unique product variant identifier that cannot be repeated. It's NOT the same as the Product SKU.

Requirements:

  • English letters and numbers only.
  • Max. length: 128 symbols.

Color

Fill in this field only if your product variants vary in color.

Requirements:

  • Language: English.
  • You can indicate few colors separated by commas.
  • Check if your color is in the Joom list of accepted colors.
  • If it's difficult to determine the color, fill in "as the picture" and add an image URL (required).

Size

Fill in this field only if your product variants vary in size. Please refer to this article to learn more about the Size Charts.

Requirements:

  • Language: English only.
  • Max. length: 50 symbols.
  • Format: XS, S, M, L, XL, etc.

Only euro.

Inventory

Amount of products that are currently in stock.

Requirements:

  • Integer numbers only.
  • Max. length: 100 000.

Variant Main Image URL

Direct link to the main image for your product variant that shows the different styles, colors, angles, etc.

We advise uploading the square image. If you upload a non-square picture, the most square one will be selected as the main.

Requirements:

  • Direct link to the main image of your product variant.
  • Minimum resolution: no less than 550х550 px.
  • Side ratio from 1:1 to 3:4.
  • High quality, frontal.
  • Square or rectangular image.

DON'T:

  • Add frames and watermarks to the picture.
  • Use the photos provided by customers.
  • Upload repeated images.
  • Indicate the words "HOT, SALE, NEW", etc. on the picture.

Shipping price

Shipping cost for a certain product variant.

Requirements:

  • EUR only.
  • If you have 1 shipping price for all countries, you can fill it in and upload it in 1 file.
  • If you have different shipping prices for several countries, please indicate a default shipping price and refer to the article to set up different shipping prices.
  • If you have an error while filling it, please check and change the formatting of this field. 

DON'T indicate the currency, only the numbers.

Shipping weight
