How to Ship an Order?
To Ship an Order:
Go to the Orders page,
Open an Order that you want to ship,
Click on the Ship Offline button,
Choose the Postal company from the list,
If you want to add a new logistics provider, please contact our Merchant Support Team at merchant@joom.com to apply. |
Fill in the Tracking number.
