🏠 Packaging Requirements for Home & Kitchen
The packaging requirements specified in this article are mandatory. In case of deviations from these requirements and damage to the products during delivery, the merchant will be responsible for it and will have to compensate the customer for the damages.
General recommendations:
- The packaging should correspond to the size of the product. Some merchants try to fit the product into one small package. It leads to the package damage, and therefore the order can be damaged or can be partially delivered, not wholly. So, please choose the suitable size packaging for your order.
❌ Example of bad product packaging:
2. Products that can be folded must be packed very compact.
3. If you send various orders or items in one package, make sure that all items are collected and that you have not missed anything.
4. If various products are sent in one package, each product must be packed in an individual package from the manufacturer. In case you put together various items without the original package, the product can damage other products or that the package. Also, the package can be torn, as a result of which the product can be damaged or not delivered to the customer in its entirety.
❌ Example of bad product packaging:
5. We strongly recommend wrapping original manufacturer's packaging with a protective film. Since customers often buy products as a gift, all packaging must be delivered without any damages. If the original manufacturer's packaging is soft, additional strengthening (for example, cardboard) is recommended to prevent damage to the products.
✅ Example of good product packaging:
6. We remind you that it is forbidden to put foreign items in the packaging, for example, business cards or contact details of the merchant etc.
